Thelma P. Yeager

Thelma P. Yeager, 81 of Ashville, OH passed at Riverside Methodist Hospital on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. Thelma was born on March 12, 1944 to the late Maurice and Hilda Louise (Starkey) Francis in Walnut Township, Pickaway County, OH. She had attended Williamsport Schools and had worked in the restaurant business throughout the years. She was a member of the Clearcreek Community Church in Circleville.

Besides her parents, Thelma is preceded in death by her husband Richard E. Yeager; siblings and their spouses George (Gayle) Francis, Louise (Tom) Smith, Shirley (Bob) Huffer, Clara (Ralph) Parker, Richard (Kathy) Francis; brother-in-law Mike Kitchen.

Thelma is survived by children Diana (John) Williamson, Ray (Wanda) Huffer, Melody (Mike) Bickel; grandchildren China, Allisa, Cholena, Lorana, Hunter and Hayley; sisters Nora Kitchen, Susan (Michael) Gudell; numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; special friends Linda, Floyd and Robin.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with Funeral Service at 1 p.m. on Monday, February 9th at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville, OH 43103.
