Thomas Junior Mccomas

Thomas  Junior  McComas  age  72 of Cedar Bluff, Alabama and formerly of Groveport Ohio,  passed away on Thurs. April 9, 2015 at the Pickering House in Lancaster.  He was born on Dec 14, 1942 in Lawrence County, Ohio to the late Arnold W. and Alice Jane (Webb)  McComas.  Junior retired from COTA in Columbus and had also been  a bus driver for Groveport Madison Schools.  He was preceded in death by his wife Lenora (Riley) McComas in 2009; sister Thelma McComas; brothers, Lawrence McComas and James McComas. Survived  by son Thomas J. McComas of Granville; daughers Laura (James)  Middleton of New Straitsville and Tammy (Ralph) Perkins of Pickerington; grandchildren, Kenneth Middleton, William (Lindsey) Middleton, Jordan Perkins, Benjamin McComas, Olivia Perkins, and Johnathan McComas; sisters, Mary McCarley, Freda Kidder, Frances McComas, and Susan Cade; brothers, Ronald McComas, Donald McComas, and John McComas; numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville, Ohio   on Monday , April 13, 2015 from

10:00- until the time of Service at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Bryan Grove officiating.   A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday in the Langdon Cemetery, Lawrence County, Ohio.  Family request in lieu of flowers contributions may be made to The Pickering House 282  Sells Rd.
