Travis D. Fletcher

Our beloved son Travis D. Fletcher, 30, passed away suddenly on October 20, 2022 in our home in N. Ft. Myers, FL. Travis was born on June 12, 1992 in Columbus, OH. He is survived by his parents Steven and Lana (Bouts) Fletcher; brother Josh Fletcher of Reynoldsburg, OH; stepsister Nina (Fletcher) Marvin of Colorado Springs, CO; two nieces Zoie Marvin and Maeve Harkins as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by his grandparents Leland and Janis (Shope) Bouts and Oma Marie (Marcum) Ferrin.

Travis graduated from Franklin Heights High School & Grove City Career Academy in 2010. He later enrolled into Columbus State Community College studying Structural Engineering and Welding and was on the Dean’s List several times. In 2020 Travis moved to N. Ft. Myers to stay with his parents to further his welding career. He was employed with B&I Contractors where he was in the Apprenticeship in the Pipe Fitters Union. He was excelling at his job and he enjoyed working with his friends and co-workers.
