Vivian Kay (Hoover) Frazier

Vivian Kay Frazier (née Hoover) of Ashville, Ohio died of natural causes at Pickaway Manor Care Center in Circleville, Ohio on December 29, 2017. She was 79.

Vivian was born on July 15, 1938 in Ashville, Ohio to her parents Joseph and Dorothy Hoover. She was a member of Village Chapel United Methodist Church in Ashville. During her life, Vivian loved music, the outdoors, and spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed.

Vivian is survived by her son, Eric Frazier, of Circleville; sisters, Nancy Ball, Carol Adams, and Debbie Boltenhouse of Circleville; brother, Joseph Hoover, of Bremen; grandchildren, James Boltenhouse of Circleville, Ginger Spears of Corning, Nicholas Frazier, Erica Frazier, and Samuel Frazier of Circleville, and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.  Funeral Service  11:00 a.m. on Thurs. Jan. 4, 2018 at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville with Pastor Kevin Pees officiating.  Interment will follow in Reber Hill Cemetery.   Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Wed. at the funeral home.
