Vonley M. Jordan, Jr. 64 of Ashville, passed away Sunday Dec. 27, 2015 at his residence.  He was born Nov. 26, 1951 in Columbus, Ohio, son of the late Vonley M. and Helen (Sweeney) Jordan, Sr. He was retired from Harrison Twp., Pickaway County, Ohio.  He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Juanita Brock.  Survivors include his brother, Keith Jordan, GA; sisters, Fourleen Price, KY and Rosalita Dill, TX; his children, Marianne (Timothy) Smith, Columbus, VJ Jordan, Washington Court House, and Brandy (Robert) Cassidy, GA.; 2 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; 6 nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews.  The family will receive friends Sat. Jan. 2, 2016 from 10:00 am until time of the service at 12:00 pm at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, Ashville, Ohio.  Chaplain Jim Ferrell will officiate.  Burial will follow in Harrison Twp. Cemetery, So. Bloomfield.  Memorial contributions may be made to the family through the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St., Ashville, Ohio  43103.
