William "Bill" F. Blanton Jr.

William F. Blanton Jr., 31 of Los Angeles, CA formerly of Ashville passed away on May 13, 2023 as a result of an accident.  William was born on April 26, 1992 in Columbus, OH.  He was a 2010 Teays Valley Graduate, while at Teays Valley, Bill was on the Football, Wrestling, and Soccer teams; However, Bill spent the majority of his time on his skateboard. Skateboarding was his passion.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Dave Holland, and grandparents John and Gloria Blanton.

William is survived by son William “Liam” F. Blanton III; parents William F. Sr. and Patricia F. (Holland) Blanton; brother Austin; grandmother Debbie Holland.

Visitation will be on Saturday, June 17th from 10 a.m-12:00 Noon with Funeral Service at Noon at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville, OH 43103.  Interment will follow at Reber Hill Cemetery, Ashville.
