Wilmer “Bill” Hoffman Trimmer 83 of Ashville, passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at his home, surrounded by his family. He was born on May 20, 1931 in East Orange, New Jersey to the late Irving B. and Mable Carolyn (Hoffman) Trimmer. Bill retired as a Truck Driver after many years. He is survived by his wife Margaret J. (Swander) Trimmer; children, Peggy Aglubat, Glenn (Becky) Trimmer, Susan (Rob) Spangler, Beth (Ken) Torrence, Dana (John) Moore, Sandra (Buck) Watson; grandchildren, Ross Trimmer, Anthony Aglubat, Colin Torrence, Leah Spangler, Kristen Moore, Tyler Torrence, Jacob Spangler, Bethany Moore, Johnny Moore, Shannon Torrence, Luke Watson, Logan Watson, and Sean Torrence; great grandchildren, Marley and Reagan Torrence, Kehlan Watterson, and Oliver Trimmer; cousin, Barbara Ann Cumback; brother and sister of Margaret Trimmer, Jim Swander and Sue Jacobsen; numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 11, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of A Memorial Service at 4:00 p.m. in the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville with Pastor Kermit Welty officiating
