Anthony C. Moracco

Anthony C. Moracco, 82 of Columbus, OH formerly of Waterloo, NY passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Grant Hospital in Columbus.  Anthony was born on July 8, 1939 in Geneva, NY to the late Joseph Andrew and Teresa Helen (Guerrie) Moracco.  Anthony served in the U.S. Marines during peace time and retired as a Parts Specialist from DCSC having worked in both Michigan and Ohio. 

Anthony was also preceded in death by his wife Betty Jean Moracco in 2016.

Anthony is survived by son Joel A. Moracco (Caldwell, OH); daughters Tina D’Eredita (NY), Abby Turner (Columbus, OH), Traci Moracco (Waterloo, NY), Toni Moracco (Seneca Falls, NY), Teresa (Randy) Mullins (So. Bloomfield); grandchildren Aelicia (Dustin) Clark, Sean (Julie) D’Eredita, Matthew (Paige) McCullor, Jennifer (Steven) Anderson, Dale (Andre’a) Covey, Aubri Covey,  Blain Covey, Christopher Gemison, Tiana Moracco, Jonah Moracco, Breighlee Moracco, Tyler (Lacey) Hoerter, Miah (Kyle) Hoerter, Joel Hoerter, SethVagg, Quinton Vagg and Mykaela Mullins, Gabrielle (Jacob) Bennett; 15 great grandchildren and one on the way; brothers-in laws Col. Michael David (Hope) Reynolds and Noah R. (Ann) Reynolds Jr.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. with Funeral Service following at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 20th with Pastor Randy Mullins officiating at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville 43103. At Anthony’s request, cremation will follow.  Due to COVID, masks and social distancing are encouraged. Online condolences can be left at olivercheekfuneralhome.com
