Debra L. Shamblen

Debra Shamblen, age 65, passed away on September 3, 2021.  She was born on July 24, 1956, in Columbus, Ohio, to her parents Rondus  and Helen (Hunter) Shamblen.  Debra was a graduate of Marion Franklin High School.  Debra worked as a faithful office associate for Home Depot for over 17 years.  She loved yard sales and thrift stores.  She also enjoyed playing cards.  Of all that Debra loved in life, she loved her family most of all, especially her nieces and nephews.  Debra is preceded in death by her parents Rondus and Helen (Hunter) Shamblen, brother Leonard Hunter, niece Shawna (Hunter) Flint and (great niece) Brittney Hunter.  She is survived by sister Patricia (Shamblen) and Leonard Brown, brother Tim and Barb Shamblen, sister cousins Teresa Counts(Kitty) and Jeannie Waltrous, nieces and nephews Chris (Kama), Landyn, Jake, Kinley, Jennifer (Mat), Caden, Gabby (Kitty Jr. Jr.), Tony, Nikki, Allie, Billy, Trent, Tyler, Sabrina (Buddy), Courtney (Stephen), Alicia (Nic), Allen (Rachel), Tabby Hunter, aunts, uncles, cousins, many friends, and coworkers.  Cremation has taken place and a  Celebration of life will take place on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 3:00 p.m., at 2704 Weigand Rd., Lockbourne, OH 43137.
