George Ireland Prince

George Ireland Prince, age 65, of Ashville, Ohio passed away on Friday April 5, 2024 at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. George was born March 11, 1959 in Louisa, Kentucky.  He loved his wife and spending time with her. George was his grandson, Carter’s biggest fan and loved spending time with him and attending all of his activities. He loved fishing, camping and of course, painting which he chose as his life’s work.  He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving from 1977-1979.

He is survived by his loving wife, Teresa Prince of 25 years and his children, Nicky (Wuff) Hutter of Germany, Jeremy Mullins of Ashville, Daniel (Abrie) Stires of North Dakota and Casey Prince of West Virginia, and his (Bonus) Son, Ethan Henkle. Also remembered by his grandson, Carter Matthew Mullins, (Bonus) grandchildren Westin Ray Inniss, Cayden and Bennett Halverson.

The family will receive friends Thursday, April 11th from 5-8 p.m. at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St., Ashville, Ohio where services will be held at 11 a,m. Friday, April, 12th.  Nicole Buck will officiate services, followed by Military Honors to be conducted at his eternal resting place, Franklin Hills Memorial Gardens, Lithopolis, Ohio.
