Jennifer L. Harper, 36 of Ashville passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023 in Independence, KY. She was born on February 13, 1987 in Columbus, OH. She was a graduate of Franklin Heights and worked as a waitress. Jenny prided herself on being a loving mother and sister.

Jennifer is preceded in death by her mother Deana I. (Cullison) Bell, her Mawmaw Donna Jean Harper, and grandpa Ernest Belcher.

She is survived by her daughter Lillyanna Garvin; step daughter Hailey Garvin; sisters Krissten (Ryan) Plock and Brooke Bell; fathers Steven Harper and Ronald Bell; nephew Colton Plock; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation with family will be held from 10 a.m. until 12 Noon on Saturday, November 4th at the Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville, OH 43103. The family requests no flowers but Online condolences are welcome at olivercheekfuneralhome.com
