MARTHA L (RIFE) GOLDSBERRY

Martha L. Goldsberry 73 of Orient, OH passed away Fri. Feb. 12, 2021 at Mt. Carmel Grove City.   She was born on Feb. 22, 1947 in Glenwood, WV to the late Joseph N. and Erma A. (Hollands) Rife.  She was a graduate of Marion-Franklin H.S. and retired from Holt Caterpillar in Columbus after many years.  Martha loved sewing, crafting and family time. 

Besides her parents, Martha is preceded by husband Glenn P. Goldsberry on Feb. 7, 2021; sister Joyce and her husband Charles Cheadle; brother Larry Rife.  

Martha is survived by son Glenn C. (Carla) Goldsberry of Orient; daughter Ginger (Shawn) Darst of Henderson, WV; grandchildren Destiney (Blake), Marissa (Chris), Nathan, Josh (Elisa), Zach (Mariah), Rick (Tara), Ryan (Chelsea), Brianna, Collin, Kenzie (Travis), Christian (Angel Dawn); numerous great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Wed. Feb. 17th with Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. on Thurs. Feb. 18th at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville 43103 with Pastors Ken Roark Jr. and Susan Roark officiating.  Interment will follow at Harrison Township Cemetery in South Bloomfield.  Due to COVID-19, masks and social distancing are encouraged.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to:  Mid-Ohio Food Bank, 3960 Brookham Drive, Grove City, OH 43123.
