Teddy G. McKenzie

Teddy G. McKenzie, 72 of Columbus, OH passed away on Wednesday March 2, 2023 at Doctors West Hospital in Columbus.  He was born on April 22, 1950 to the late Buel Eugene “Geno” and Betty (Boggs) McKenzie in Paintsville, KY.  He was a retired truck driver for Loeb Electric.  He was a member of Lamb of God on Fernhill Rd. Columbus.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing and making people laugh and being quite the jokester. 

Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by daughter Deniece “Neicee” Terry; grandchildren Tanner and Jessica “Jessi”; sister Sweet Pea.

Teddy is survived by his wife of 45 years Starlene (Osborne) McKenzie; children Donna “Peaches” Beck (Bob), David “Davy Crocket” Terry (Lori), Julie “Chewie” Beck, and Midnight "Middy" McKenzie; grandchildren Ashley “Fuzznuts”, Josh, Jordan, Kenny, Jeremy “Jermy”, Janice “Janass”, Justina “Grasshopper, “Fuzztina” “Jellybean”; 16 great grandchildren; brother Nick “Bimbo” McKenzie; sister Jannie McCormick; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Monday, March 6th from 4-8 p.m. with Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7th at Trinity Full Gospel Ministries, 3953 Casa Blvd. Grove City, OH 43123.  Pastor Joe Moore and Grenee Green will officiate with Interment following at Galloway Cemetery.
