Obituary
Virginia Lee (Ball) Goldhardt, 89 of Commercial Point, OH passed away on Friday, June 9, 2023 at Taylor Springs Health Center, Gahanna, OH. She was born on July 15, 1933 to the late Ralph and Myrtle (Smith) Ball in Groveport, OH. Virginia was a graduate of Hamilton Township School and worked at numerous places including Rockwell International, Huntington Bank, and Sears. She was an active member of the Commercial Point Community Men’s Club Ladies Auxiliary where she enjoyed serving as Treasurer for many years.
Virginia was preceded in death by her husband Melvin Eugene Goldhardt June 26, 2022; brother Calvin Ball; sister Emma Jane Branson; sister Margaret Hayden.
Survived by son Allan Goldhardt and daughter Margie (Elsworth) Weaver, both of Commercial Point; grandson Andrew Goldhardt; great granddaughters Emma and Katelyn Goldhardt; sister-in-law Eileen Goldhardt; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Monday, June 12th from 12:00 p.m. until Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. at Oliver-Cheek Funeral Home, 420 W. Main St. Ashville 43103. Interment will follow at Beckett Cemetery in Commercial Point. Online condolences can be left at olivercheekfuneralhome.com
