I was very sorry to hear of the passing of Roger. Roger and I were small children growing up in the church. He was a fine man and loved by all. His mother Ruth was a dear friend of mine and encouraged me growing up. He will be deeply missed. I have not seen him much over the years but he has always held a soft spot in my heart.
